Deltassist Christmas Programs, Information and Registration 2022
Low-income Delta families, individuals and seniors are eligible to register for our Christmas program. Due to the COVID-19 situation, the Deltassist Christmas Hamper Program and Toy Depot has undergone some changes. Applications will be done BY PHONE ONLY

WHO CAN APPLY?
You may apply for help at Christmas for yourself and any dependents who live with you if:
- You are on a limited income; and
- You live in Delta.

HOW TO APPLY
Applications will be taken by phone ONLY by calling either once of our offices and leaving your full name and number.

You will receive a call back for intake between 9:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday (PLEASE NOTE: both offices are closed between 12 – 1 pm)
APPOINTMENT TO VERIFY APPLICATION AND FOR GROCERY & GIFT CARD PICK-UP
By phone, you will schedule an appointment at one of the following Deltassist offices to verify your application.

You will need the following documentation to your appointment:
- Proof of income;
- Proof of residence; and
- Your children’s care cards (for toy depot access only).
GROCERY GIFT CARD
Once your application is verified, you may receive grocery store gift cards instead of a Service Club Hamper this year. These will be picked up from the office on your scheduled appointment date.
There will not be a toy depot this Christmas. Once your application is verified and depending on the donations received, you may receive gift cards for each dependent under 16 years old. These will be picked up from the office on your scheduled appointment date.
